Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated sales intern to join our sales team on the evening shift. As an intern, you will work closely with our sales and engineering team to support various projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to a fast-paced work environment in the field of power system engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Generating sales for new and potential customers via calls and emails.
• Assist the sales team in preparing project proposals and quotations.
• Handling sales queries for new and potential customers through communication using online tools.
• Manage customer relationships by communicating, following up on action items, and maintaining records on Excel, sales taskforce, and other platforms.
• Attend meetings and take detailed notes.
• Create and update reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Keep a record of the estimates and project proposals after coordinating with the sales team.
• Contribute to the overall sales process improvement and training via documenting sales strategies, SOPs, video tutorials, and work processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in a relevant field (preferably BE/BS Electrical or BBA).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
