Job Description:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, programs such as employee wellness initiatives, diversity, and inclusion programs, etc.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinating background checks and ensuring timely onboarding.
  • Develop and implement an onboarding program that ensures new employees receive a comprehensive introduction to the company culture, policies, and procedures, and are set up for success from day one.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and training records.
  • Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, dealing with employee complaints, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and address employee concerns proactively.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience, foster team building, and promote employee retention.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices, HR laws and emerging trends in HR and administration, and use this information to continually improve the company's policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Ensure that all HR and administrative processes are well-documented and compliant with data privacy regulations and develop procedures for handling sensitive employee information.
  • Develop and implement a recognition and rewards program that celebrates employee achievements and fosters a culture of appreciation and gratitude.
  • Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in HR projects as assigned and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Collecting, keeping track of employee attendance and reporting any issues to the leadership team.
  • Calculating employee work hours, benefits, and deductions.
  • Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires and terminations.
  • Coordination with the management for company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, to ensure they align with employee needs and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employee safety program to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
